Gina Forcucci - President
Ms. Gina Forcucci is Vice President of the Central Region at Arowana Consulting, with emphasis on Marketing of Arowana’s Services and Products for Healthcare and Financial Institutions. Gina has been in the Banking Industry for over 15 years, in various capacities in the Senior Management Level. She has a certified license from the Illinois Bankers Association for Banking Compliance, as a compliance officer. Gina also serves on the Executive Council and heads the Health Care Council for the State of Illinois, c/o the Illinois State Chamber of Commerce, the oldest and largest-based advocacy group and unifying voice for businesses in Illinois. Her role as a Director is to make sure all business members receive value in the business and or the state that they reside in and in bringing together members from every part of the State. She plays an important role in encouraging their staff and board to look at each business issues, council’s activities and shape the State’s future.
Margaret Metcalf - First Vice President
Dr. Metcalf is President of Metcalf and Associates, an educational consultant enterprise. She is Emeritus Director of Education for Harrison Middleton University and Emeritus Director of Education for Humanities and Sciences Academy. Dr. Metcalf earned a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University.
Jim Tyll - Secretary
Jim Tyll has been owner and operator of Press, Type and Copy, a Streeterville area quickprint / copy shop, since 1982. Before that Jim was involved in the franchise quickprinting business. Jim and wife Marilyn, a Chicago Public School music teacher have 2 wonderful children. Jim has been an active Chamber member since 1988.
Steve Craig - Treasurer
Steve has been employed at North Bank since June, 2000 as an Assistant Vice President. His primary duties include originating and closing of commercial and consumer loans, and loan portofolio servicing of existing accounts. Mr. Craig also serves as the bank's Compliance and CRA Officer in charge of ensuring the bank's compliance with state and federal laws. He has been in banking since 1993 and has worked at two other banks before coming to North Bank. Mr. Craig is a member of the Illinois Bar and graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 1991. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois-Urbana-Champaign in 1987.
Troy Byington - Board Member
Troy G. Byington is the Hotel Manager at the Hotel Sax Chicago. Prior to the Hotel Sax Chicago, he worked at the Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel. Troy has managed hotels in Hawai’i, Japan, Utah and Florida. Troy graduated from Brigham Young University, Hawaii, with a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management and Japanese language. Troy is an active member of the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association, volunteering for Lights Festival, Gardens on the Magnificent Mile and co-chairing Toast, Light Nights.
Mimi Driscoll - Board Member Mimi Driscoll is the Concierge Manager & Community Liaison for Nordstrom Michigan Avenue. Mimi has been on the board of directors for the Streeterville Chamber of Commerce since 2004 and is currently the Event Committee Chair for the Chamber. Mimi is also a member of the National Concierge Association- Chicago Chapter, Chicago Convention and Tourism Bureau, Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, Streeterville Organization of Active Residents and a board member of the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association.
Vince J. Gavin- Board Member
Vince Gavin is Director of Government and Special Operations at Navy Pier, a position that he has held since June 2007. A native of Chicago, Vince graduated from Loyola University with a degree in Marketing & Accounting. He spent many years working for the City of Chicago, first in Law Enforcement and then as Deputy Liquor Commissioner. Vince is also Co-Executor of the Rubloff Trust in Chicago.
Norman Light - Board Member
Norman Light is a practicing attorney in the City of Chicago and has been one for a longer time than he would like to admit. His practice consists of Real Estate, Corporate and Labor-Management law. He has served as Chairman of the Chicago Bar Association Contracts Sub-Committee of the Real Estate Section, and has been involved in numerous legal and charitable organizations.
Hollis Savin - Board Member
Hollis Savin is President of CityLiving Design, Inc. a company on the fast-track as the source for unique residential and commercial banquettes as well as hand-crafted modern furniture. Savin was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the International Furniture and Designers Association. Previously as founder of Yuppie Gourmet, a multi-million dollar international chocolate company, Savin was cited as one of the Top Entrepreneurs Under Forty by Entrepreneur Magazine in 1990. A guest speaker on start –up companies and entrepreneurship, Savin has appeared on Live at Five in Miami, Florida, Detroit Morning Show NBC and Wisconsin Women Entrepreneurs. She has been featured in the Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun Times, New York Daily News, San Francisco Chronicle, Venture Magazine, Good Housekeeping Magazine, Marketing Week, Advertising Age, The Toronto Star, Working Woman Magazine and Inc. Magazine. A graduate of the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, Savin holds a Masters Degree in Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Science. She is a Chicago native and resides in the Streeterville community.
Nicki Holtzmann - Board Member Nicki Holtzmann is an Major Local Retail Account Executive with the Chicago Sun-Times News Group which includes The Chicago Sun-Times and over 90 local publications. She has been with the company for over 3 years.
Nicki graduated from Western Michigan University with a BA in Organizational Communication and minor in Marketing. She has been on the Board since May of 2008 and is the co-chair of the Events Committee and also serves on the Marketing Committee.
Mario Bumbaca - Board Member Mario Bumbaca is the Sales Manager at the Hilton Suites Chicago Magnificent Mile. A native of Chicago, Mario graduated from Loyola University with a degree in Communication Arts. In his early career, he worked at WMAQ – NBC TV on the Today In Chicago show. He has been working in the hotel industry since 1985 in a variety of managerial positions for various hotel brands and companies as a Director of Sales, General Manager, and as a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing. He is also very active with a number of local business associations and also serves on the Events Committee.

Thomas McCue - Board Member Thomas McCue is the banking center manager for National City ’s new Streeterville location on Grand and McClurg. Tom has more then 12 years of experience in financial services including investments for Charles Schwab, Merrill Lynch and Ibbotson Associates and most previously as a mortgage specialist for the Anderson Financial Group. Tom joined National City in January of 2007 as a manager for the flagship branch at One North Franklin. Tom completed his MBA at DePaul’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business in 2004 and is involved in several networking organizations in Chicago including S.O.A.R, The Greater North Michigan Ave Association and the Loop Professionals.
